We’re inviting local businesses, organizations, and families to become sponsors not for the spotlight, but for the spirit.

Whether you support a specific zone, donate supplies, or help us cover essentials like accessibility or volunteer meals, your contribution becomes part of something bigger.

No tiers. No special treatment. Just shared purpose.

Sponsor a Zone!

Our event is mapped out by zones with an intentional flow to engage our guests and encourage them to experience all the festival has to offer.

These zones include:

  • Main Stage

  • Family & Youth Zone

  • Discussion Tent

  • Sensory Retreat Zone

  • Culinary Plaza

  • Cultural Village & Market

Our Zone Sponsors Get:

  • Include sponsor names/logos on all zone signage and appropriate locations on the website. (Name and logo will go on the website as soon as payment is received)

  • Named as a foundational sponsor throughout the event and on a dedicated location on the website (links included). 

  • Shoutouts on social media postings about the event

  • A vendor booth with table and chairs

  • Option for a space on the main stage or part of the discussion tent itinerary

  • Each zone is sponsored by 3 donors - 2 large contributors and 1 smaller contributor. All three are given the same level of recognition and visibility. 

  • A zone may be sponsored fiscally by one donor; however, they would then choose two other businesses or organizations to share in the sponsorship in name only.

  • Option for QR coded audio/video messages on signs

Sponsor Event Needs!

If sponsoring an entire zone is a little out of budget, consider instead sponsoring specific event needs!

  • Helps to cover: Tent, table, and chair rentals

  • Provide staff and volunteers with shirts, name badges, hats, chilly cloths, rain ponchos, umbrellas, etc.

  • Support local marketing, PR, and sign printing

  • Cover insurance, permits, safety compliance, (police & EMT)

  • Support trash removal, recycling, handwashing, and refill stations

  • Post-event wrap-up, photos, editing, thank yous, reporting, etc.

  • Cover vendor fees for an underrepresented or emerging artist, entrepreneur, or non-profit

  • Support catering for post-event potluck and social for contributors.

  • Support volunteer and staff resources like water, snacks, comfort kits, etc.

  • Contribute to accessibility tools, sensory aids, translation, quiet gear, etc.

  • Support zero-waste practices and sustainability efforts throughout the event

  • Support event youth art project with pride and purpose

  • Sponsor our event photographer and videographer

  • Individuals, families, or small businesses wishing to chip in and show their support

  • To honor the memory of a past loved one or community icon.

Our General Sponsors Get:

  • Name and/or logo and message on printed signs at the event in locations aligned with their intention 

  • Included in the sponsorship section of our website with links

  • Option for a vendor booth with table and chairs

  • Recognition gift
