We make bold, art-fueled community projects that challenge broken systems, uplift overlooked voices, and leave people wondering why this isn’t how it’s always been.

(P.S. Fund us. We dare you.)

At PerfectlyFlawed People, we plant big ideas in small-town soil and water the hell out of ‘em with creativity, collaboration, and community care.

Our projects don’t follow blueprints — they follow need. Whether it’s building a public gathering from scratch, mailing out plain-language civic tea, or transforming a pitch into a whole damn ecosystem, we meet people where they are and make it weird, welcoming, and worthwhile.

We’re not here to decorate the edges of broken systems — we’re here to poke holes in ‘em and grow something better through art, story, and action.

Everything we do is local, low-to-the-ground, and led by a crew of neurodivergent creatives who know how to make things both functional and beautiful (on a budget, no less).

Think of us like community composters: we take scraps of what’s overlooked — forgotten histories, untold stories, unmet needs — and turn them into something that feeds the whole damn town.

What we’re cooking up now!

A free monthly civic zine that makes local government actually make sense — mailed to every Sutton household. It’s short, sharp, and full of plain-language updates, civic explainers, and neighborly vibes.

A culture and conservation festival that brings together the people, flavors, stories, and businesses of the Blackstone Valley and greater Worcester area. With zones for food, art, dialogue, rest, and youth-led magic, it’s a full-sensory celebration of who we are — and how we show up for each other.
