PerfectlyFlawed People is a community-powered initiative rooted in the idea that imperfection is not a weakness—it’s where innovation lives.

We bring together neurodivergent artists, researchers, community builders, and collaborators to create projects that leave a meaningful, lasting impact.

From public events to storytelling campaigns to education and conservation efforts, everything we do is designed to connect people, elevate voices, and build something better—together.

This is where big-hearted creativity meets hands-on action.

About Jayme Ryan

Jayme Ryan is a lifelong Blackstone Valley resident, single mom, artist, and community problem solver who sees potential where others see mess. With a background that spans homeschooling, human services, landscaping, farming, animal husbandry, and more, she doesn’t just dream about change—she builds it.

Jayme is the founder of PerfectlyFlawed People and the creative force behind projects like Common Ground and Town Tea Time. Whether she’s organizing a community fair, writing a proposal, or putting her boots on the ground to make it all happen, Jayme brings a mix of intuition, tenacity, and soul that helps people feel seen, heard, and part of something real.

Our Mission & Values

At PerfectlyFlawed People, we are driven to build things that matter—projects rooted in accessibility, creativity, and community care. We believe in starting small, thinking big, and collaborating across lived experience to design solutions that serve the whole.

We value:

  • Neurodivergent brilliance

  • Honest collaboration

  • Radical accessibility

  • Community over ego

  • Purpose over perfection

We show up. We build trust.

We make things better.

Why “PerfectlyFlawed People”?

Because we’re not here to fit in—we’re here to show up exactly as we are and still make something powerful.

The name PerfectlyFlawed People is a reminder that wholeness doesn’t come from polish or perfection—it comes from owning every part of who you are, and putting that into your work with honesty, humility, and heart. We believe flaws aren’t flaws at all—they’re stories, superpowers, and starting points for something extraordinary.
