Contributor Collective ~ The Lifeblood of PFP

When PFP takes on a new project, it means we need to cultivate the right team to bring that project to life.

Rather than keeping a payrolled staff trying to juggle it all, we contract contributors for individual roles within individual projects.

This translates to endless flexibility for everyone involved, especially our contributors.

Not only do you have the freedom of only participating in the projects you choose, but you will also be included in the final budgeting for the project to ensure the fair pay you deserve.

Our projects vary in structure, longevity, cycles, and needs. We do installations, events, periodical publications, fundraising, and various other forms of community engagement and enrichment.

As a collective, we have but one aim: to make the world just a little bit better for everyone wherever we can.
